Provenance & consent

Contracts are contributed under written agreements granting commercial reuse, with confidential and privileged material excluded and parties de-identified where required. All processing and hosting occur within India, with document-level provenance preserved.

Methodology

Documents are segmented into clauses, normalised, and annotated by law graduates against a canonical clause taxonomy, with weekly calibration against a senior reviewer and a sampling audit before each versioned release.
